Formation and Implementation of the Labour Remuneration System

We develop labor remuneration systems in organizations in which the organizational structure is clearly, comprehensively and logically organized.

As a result of the project, the following are being developed:

Salary system – where our main goal is to bring part of the salary payment into a single system throughout the organization in such a way that it becomes clear to the employees how their salary level will increase in the long term, both in the case of career development and staying in the same role in the long term.

Premium system – where our goal is to define an evaluation and incentive scheme for all roles, which will motivate employees to perform important tasks for the organization as much as possible.

Performance evaluation system – where our goal is to have the most objective, transparent performance evaluation process for all necessary units, both within the awarding system and beyond.

Within the scope of the project, we evaluate the structure of the organization, its tasks, specifics and interests in the most detailed way possible;
