B. A detailed study - both of the client's internal situation, and of competitors' approaches and existing best practices in relation to the given task.
C. forming a working group with the client and working with him step by step on the issues raised; Discussing and deciding alternatives together at all stages of working on the task.
This approach helps to make solutions not only more practical and valuable to the client, but also much easier to implement.
