style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Within the framework of the project, we create a role or a unit that should manage this system in the organization and with its help we try to build the said system. As a rule, we spend a year in the planning and control process, and this unit helps us. And in the second year, it already drives itself, and we observe intensively and intervene, where help is needed.
